I’ve been not perfect about staying up on my patreon (to say the least), but I have created a schedule to stick to in order to better ensure patrons get access to the perks the expect. As I’ve figured out more and more the kind of content I am looking to produce, I am getting a better sense of what sort of perks I can offer. 

My recent move to more prolific writing of public articles on medium is informing my approach to patreon, and is what I have restructured my perks around. Being on leave this last month has shown me how much content I am capable of producing, and patronage makes it easier to invest that time, because it is not a trade off with making money. Which kind of matters when you are a very poor graduate student.
