Hi everyone. I’m Gemma, your local burden, back with another one of these dumb posts that I’ve had to remake as my last one was embarrassingly long and received a lot of notes but I didn’t reach my goal and I still desperately need help to get groceries for the next 4 - 6 weeks and pay my phone/internet, electricity and gas bills. (Goal: £400 needed)

As many of you may or may not know, I’ve been struggling a lot these past few months with my government, benefits and trying to keep my home. I have been trying very desperately to sort out my Universal Credit benefit, as my mental illnesses prevent me from working and I’m currently trying to appeal my WCA and my benefit has been sanctioned and reassessed due to it, causing me to struggle with my rent and bill payments. 

Currently, my Gas/Electricity meters are on their emergency credit and I really need help to keep them on or I won’t have any electricity, heating or hot water until the end of April/mid-May. And if my meters do go completely out, then they will collect a debt, making it more expensive to bring them back on.

I absolutely loathe to ask for more help but, I still desperately need it, even just £1/$1 makes such a difference. Things are getting incredibly difficult and bills are constantly popping up so I could really use all the help I can possibly get and sharing definitely helps just as much a donations and nobody has to donate if they can’t or don’t want to.
